Delay time not ping. VietNam-China ping ~ 50-100ms. Technical English is difficult for me, I will write. If you want to know about delay time in stream, you can use Baidu.

如果越南公司知道主播选手有着违法行为却放任不加遏制，那就是助纣为虐，会严重影响公司形象，失去马友对公司的信任！我们会认为越南公司是允许旗下的选手开盘涉赌的。那么罗马游戏在越南也就没有什么公平可言了，希望越南公司能够对这种违法行为严厉打击！
其实打假报点这些行为都是源于设盘口参赌，打击掉这些违法行为那么打假报点也就失去意义了。所以我们更想知道越南公司会如何处理crc主播和选手。

Gambling is illegal, if there is enough evidence he can be extradited to China. Vietnamese hates gambling fraud. I don't think the boss and policw will cover up gambling.
